Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your lash artist! To keep everything running smoothly and to respect everyone’s time, please review the policies below before booking: 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of $3,000 JMD is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will go toward your service balance. Without a deposit, your appointment is not confirmed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and cancellations or rescheduling must be done online. Cancellations made after this period will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be deemed cancelled and your deposit forfeited. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of the service fee before booking again. 4. Payments The balance of your service is due at the time of your appointment and can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer. Accepted payment methods for deposit is bank transfer. 5. Lash Preparation Please arrive makeup-free, especially on the eyes. If I need to remove makeup or lash strips, an extra cleaning fee will apply. 6. Refunds & Reactions All services are non-refundable. If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately. A complimentary removal will be offered, but refunds are not provided. 7. Aftercare Aftercare instructions will be provided. Retention depends on proper lash care and maintenance. I am not responsible for issues caused by neglecting aftercare.
