Policies

Booking & Deposits

A non refundable deposit of $3,000 JMD is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits must be made by bank transfer only.
Your deposit will go toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or “no shows” will result in loss of your deposit.
More than two no shows may result in being restricted from booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, a late fee of $500 JMD will be added to your final balance.
If lateness interferes with another client’s appointment, your session may be shortened.

Lash Preparation

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, strip lash glue, etc.).
Lashes must be free of oil, dirt, and residue for best retention.
If extra cleaning is needed, a lash bath fee may apply.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, eye conditions, or medical concerns before booking.
We do not perform lash extensions if you have active eye infections, irritations, or contagious conditions.
For your safety, we cannot work on lashes with severe damage or unremoved cluster or strip lash glue.

Payments

Final payments are due at the end of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and cash.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

Media & Photos

We may take before and after photos of your lashes for our portfolio and social media.
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let us know before your appointment.
